to make a reservation:

or call 864-517-3601. If there is no answer, please leave a message and the
best time to return the call. Your call will be returned promptly.
Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a deposit request form within 3 - 4 business days. Once received, please review it for accuracy, sign and mail one copy back to us with the requested advance rental deposit within 10 days in order to hold your reservation.
Deposit request:
Advance deposit in the amount of $800 ($600 rental
deposit & refundable* cleaning deposit)
Method of Payment:
Final payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made in
the form of cashiers check, money order, or personal check made out to:

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel please notify us 60 days prior to your arrival date. All
deposits less an administrative fee of $100 will be refunded.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is after 3PM on Sunday. Check-out is by 11AM on Sunday
Pets:
Pets are not allowed
What to Bring:
Sheets for 3 Queen beds and 4 single beds. Towels, paper products, trash bags,
soaps, laundry detergent, telephone calling card, personal items, DVD movies,
CD's, and life jackets.
Additional Info:
Jocasse Lodge is a "Family Vacation Rental." We do not rent to house parties.
